Truecaller for iPhone is a Caller ID app that works alongside the default Phone app. Due to platform restrictions, Truecaller for iPhone does not have the ability to show your entire call history.
However, for any Call Alerts or searched numbers, you'll see them in Recent Searches in the Truecaller app.
